Texas Association of Realtors Make Changes to Real Estate Contract Forms | Keller Williams Realty The Woodlands and Magnolia

Texas Association of Realtors | TAR Forms | Texas Real Estate Contracts

Get detailed changes by clicking on link below.

There are quite a few forms changing January 1st.  Please take notice and update your templates (ZipForms) or your defaults (DotLoop).  In DotLoop, the form sets will automatically be updated, but if you had default language in certain fields on a new form, the will fall off and will need to be reset.

The TAR Sellers Disclosure now has some new questions.  If you have an ACTIVE listing, you will need to get the seller to update the disclosure with the new form.  If the property is under contract as of Jan 1st, no update is required.  If you’re making an offer on another brokerage’s listing after today, you will need to request that the seller use the new form.
