In April at the BOLD Tech session with Chad Hyams it was interesting to hear how social media can be utilized to get business or build brand awareness. Chad described the big three as follows: Twitter is the the cocktail party where you’re in and out of quick conversations, Facebook is the neighborhood picnic or block party where there are lots of more meaningful conversations and stories and LinkedIn is the business meeting or conference where you’re strengthening business relationships and company to company referrals.
Many agents are using Facebook, a few are using Twitter and fewer are using LinkedIn. One of the quickest ways to increase your average sales price is to get more referrals from business owners or executives. Hence the need to be on and use LinkedIn.
