Jeremy Williams of Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia hosts Power Up Day once a month, and the event focused on purposeful lead generation. Realtors started their morning with scripts/role play with other Realtors in the office, and then they spent the next three hours lead generating for their businesses. During the lunch hour, the agents participating in the event gathered to share their successes and challenges with lead generation in a group coaching environment with Real Estate Business Coach, Jeremy Williams (Certified Master Behavior Analyst). Also during the lunch hour, Realtors in the Coaching Program masterminded on the topic of Expired listings. The rest of the afternoon, agents went back into the field to lead generate.
